General Costs

​Cleaning (mandatory) / reservation            75 Euro + 35Euro
Warranty ....................................................  250 Euro
(Refund after your stay / reception of keys)
 

Deposit .................. 30% of total rate at reservation

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per week from Saturday 4:00 PM till 10:00 AM the next Saturday (unless otherwise agreed). Included is water & electricity, 1 set of towels and linen. Not included is personal expenses, meals, transport and phone-calls. ​​​​​​​​​​

250 euro refundabe damage deposit: any damages or costs to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no costs the deposit will be transferred to your bank account.

A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date. Payment of the deposit implies consent with the terms & conditions.

* Long term rates possible between the 1st of November till the 1st of April, always starting on a Saturday (unless otherwise agreed).
